These are great for quick pick-me-ups, especially when you don't have someone else to help encourage you. If you travel a lot, purchase them on CD so you can listen as you travel.

SMILE

A simple smile can speak volumes more than any conversation. Be conscious of your facial expression when greeting or talking to others. Remind yourself to smile often. A smile can not only make you feel more confident about yourself, but it can also set others at ease. So go ahead-SMILE!
